Abruzzo cakes CATARRETTE


6 eggs

250 g. white flour

300 g. sugar

250 g. margarine


Mix all the ingredients together to get a cream. Use the Wafer machine that you can see in the picture. Mine is composed of 5 hearts so I need three spoons of the mixed cream each time! You can eat them like a sandwich with jam or chocolate in the middle. Enjoy my "catarrette"!

P.S. CATARRETTE is the typical name that is well known in VASTO (CH) but you can find different names: FERRATELLE, PIZZELLE ...
